Support
After downloading our product, you can contact us by email for support. We will do our best to resolve your issue. We will attempt to respond by email for minor bug fixes, after which we will update the base package. Support is available to confirmed customers via ticket only. Support requests are handled via email and live chat.
If your support requires additional system modifications, you have two options:

Or seek expert assistance (we offer customizations for an additional fee).
Ownership
You cannot guarantee the intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products, whether modified or not. All products are our property; we created them. Our products are provided "without warranty," without any warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall our legal entity be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, extraordinary, incidental, consequential, or other damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use our products.
Warranty
We make no warranties regarding these Services. Once our Services have been modified, we cannot guarantee their compatibility with all third-party plugins, modules, or browsers. Software compatibility should be checked against the demo's display formats. Please ensure that the programs you use will work with the component, as we cannot guarantee the compatibility of our systems with all combinations of programs.
Unauthorized/Illegal Use
You may not use our content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, when using the platform, violate the laws of your country (including, but not limited to, copyright laws), as well as the laws of your country and international law. In particular, you may not use the content of our platform for pages that promote violence, illegal bullying, violent sexual entertainment, fanaticism, obscene content, or links to warez software.
Payment/Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued. Once a deposit has been made, it is highly unlikely that it will be reversed. You may use your balance for inquiries regarding our services, hosting, and SEO campaigns. You agree that after making a deposit, you may not file any disputes or chargebacks against us, in any form.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate any further requests and ban you from our site. Any improper conduct, such as using unapproved or unused credit cards, will result in the closure of your account. There are no special cases.
Free Balance and Coupon Policy
We offer various methods for obtaining free balance, coupons, and deposit offers, but we generally reserve the right to review and deduct them from your account balance if we believe it constitutes misuse. If we decide to deduct some or all of your free balance from your account and your account becomes negative, your account will be automatically suspended. If your account is suspended due to a negative balance, you can request a custom payment to resolve it and activate your account.
